Steps to Make Amaranth Little Millet Dosa –
- Take Dosa Mix, Curd, salt and grated veggie ( if used ) in a bowl. We have not used grated veggies for this recipe.
- Add water and stir to make dosa batter. The consistency should be like regular dosas.
- If you are cooking on an iron tawa, then season the tawa first. Heat the tawa and rub some raw onion on it. Or simply sprinkle water and ghee and rub it using a cloth.
- Spread the batter on tawa like regular dosas. Let it cook on one side for 2-3 minutes on mid to low flame.
- Once the dosa is cooked, remove from the tawa. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
Our Amaranth Little Millet Dosa mix does not contain salt or any any other flavouring. We kept it salt-free to make it fit for kids below 12 months of age. The absence of flavourings make it more versatile for use. We will be posting more recipe ideas soon with this dosa mix.
